《非凡乔布斯》这一本书是一本讲述乔布斯传奇的一生的故事:从一开始,史蒂夫-乔布斯的命运就注定有一段非同寻常的道路,他一出生就被抛弃,被别人收养。

大学上了一学期便辍学不上,但即使是这样,乔布斯想赚钱的信心也从不动摇,在他二十岁时,与朋友史蒂夫-沃兹尼亚克在父母的车库里创立了苹果公司,很快,变跃升为计算机行业的袖。

我印象最深的事是:一九七二年,乔布斯要上大学了。开学六个月后,他花光了父母毕生的积蓄,眼看着就要退学,完不成学业了,但是他并没有放弃,在他的两个好朋友的宿舍借宿,省去了住宿费;如果没有免费睡觉的地方,他就会打一些零工,然后在学校旁租便宜的房间;之后又挣到了吃饭的钱。乔布斯靠着自己坚持不懈的精神,最终完成了学业。

去年爸爸从网上买了一整套名人传记,其中其中一本是乔布斯传。他讲述了乔布斯光芒四射而又短暂的一生,并且客观评价了乔布斯,呈现给了读者一个真正的乔布斯。乔布斯,是一个美国式的英雄,几逢起伏,但依然屹立不倒,我敬佩不已。

乔布斯是苹果公司的创始人,被大家称为苹果之父那时的人们被本无法想到这,这一个随口乱起名的一个小公司到今已成为了一个无人不知无人不晓的企业,因此我一直对他神往已久充满了崇拜,今年寒假我再一次细细的读了一遍《乔布斯传》。原来我对乔布斯了解的少之又少,读后深为之痴迷,我感到他真是一个不可思议的人,一个改变了世界的人,虽然他的人生之旅是短的但足以许多活着的人汗颜……

他拥有并不完美的童年,但他的养父信守承话,为了去乔不斯满意的大学,甚至不惜搬家换工作,而乔布斯是一个为梦想执着的人,他一生的拼搏用一句名言来说就是“活着就是为了改变世界”为了实现这个目标他不惜放弃大学的学业,即使在他最困难的时候,被自己创办的苹果抛弃,也从来放弃过,最终在那崇尚创新的机会,他实观了自己的梦想,他与他的团队正是美国了人全人类所追求的“创新精神”的代名词,从某种意义上说,乔布斯的成功也许是美国的人性自由个性化教育及创新精神的完美结合。

虽然在此之前我根本就不知道这个人的存在,但是他所做出的贡献是我们不可忽略的。他是计算机革命的卓越领导者。在最近的三十年中可以说是当之无愧的称为硅谷王者。

他的一生用他的话来说经过三件事:第一件事是如何把生命中的点点滴滴串连起来。

小时候乔布斯的母亲属未婚生育,无能力去养育他,但是却希望收养乔布斯的人家能送他上大学,几经波折,找到了肯送乔布斯上大学的人家,他17岁真的上了大学,但却几乎花光了养父母的所有积蓄,六个月后,他觉得上大学没什么意义,就退学了,去学他感兴趣的学科,同时也开始了艰难的求学生涯。

在这过程中他学到了Sanserif和Serif字体,学会了如何在不同的字母组合之中改变空白间距,还有怎样才能做出最棒的印刷式样的那种美感、历史感。

虽然在那时候对他来说确实是没什么用,但是他设计的第一台Macintosh电脑的时候它们就发挥了巨大的作用,把所学的美术字体设计进了Mac。那是一台使用了漂亮的印刷字体的电脑。

说实话,其实我读完这本书的感觉并没有别人所宣传的那样。我只是从中吸取了很好的工作方法,树立了自己的职业目标。总体来说,我觉得这本书有很大的篇幅来叙述乔布斯创立苹果公司,离开苹果公司,以及后来梅开二度,最后不幸患癌症去世。但是,我还是从乔布斯身上学到了很多。总结以下三点。

首先,乔布斯的“现实扭曲力场”是我最喜欢也是最崇拜的。“现实扭曲力场”是相信现实中大多数人认为不可能的事情。乔布斯作为苹果公司的创始人,他的这个特性是功不可没的。他利用自己的“现实扭曲力场”来影响他的部下,投资人甚至是顾客。这点对于我来说是极其匮乏的,因为我是一个不太自信的人,但是在职场中有很多时候是需要表现出自信的,只有你表现的笃定,别人才会相信你,你才会逐渐树立起自己的权威。而且,当你告诉自己“我就是牛,我就是能够做到这些事情”,你就会花费更多的时间精力拼尽全力去完成。最后,往往会成功。

其次,另一个乔布斯很大的优点就是力求完美。在制作Mac过程中,因为Mac都是一体机不可拆卸,但是乔布斯还是力求完美,要求工程师将每一个使用者看不到的内部零件都打磨的完美,而且喷漆必须和外部喷漆是一样的工艺,达到的完美程度也必须和外部一样。当然,这个力求完美的性格也存在缺陷。那就是由于太追求完美,导致产品的交付时间通常就会延期,而且成本也会大大增加,这样做出来的产品因为时间上有所滞后竞争力就没有很大。这也是乔布斯第一次被迫离开苹果公司的原因。对于我来说,我是一个比较随性的人,有的时候会追求认真仔细,但是大部分时间都懂得放过自己和别人。但是在工作中不是所有的事情都可以得过且过,有一些该认真对待的工作,不容许一丝差错就需要认真对待,仔细核对。

最后,我发现即使强大如乔布斯也是有自己的无奈。那就是他“优秀or垃圾”的处事态度。他从出生开始便被自己的亲生父母遗弃,虽然养父母对他特别好,尽量满足他的所有要求,但是他始终觉得自己是一个被遗弃的不幸的人。因此,他的性格反复无常,上一秒还在歇斯底里的发火,下一秒就说这是个不错的想法。刚入职场的我急于有自己的进步,以至于有些浮躁,但是看到伟大如乔布斯也是有着自己的缺陷,我就没有那么着急,觉得只要自己努力,也会有不错的成就,只要我脚踏实地。现阶段我的任务就是默默学习,积蓄自己的力量。

总的来说,这本书我不是很喜欢,因为内容太啰嗦。但是乔布斯的成功确实不是偶然的,值得我辈学习与借鉴。

翻看这本书之前,我有些疑惑,传说中的"苹果之父"乔布斯到底是个怎样的人呢?端详着封面上那个戴着无框圆眼睛,满脸的胡渣分明,举手投足间却透露着骄傲气息的乔布斯,我带着好奇,轻轻翻开了这本《乔布斯传》,直到合上这本书的最后一页,我有些震撼而惊讶,一直在人们心中那个坚毅勇敢,坚不可摧得仿佛永远也不会倒下的乔布斯竟然是个爱哭鬼?!书中约有二十多处写到了乔布斯的哭泣,原由有许多:有看《非同凡想》的广告片看哭了;也有令人费解的在劝说沃兹入伙时的"又哭又闹",有看到"mac"光驱时的"差点儿哭出来",还有在知道自己员工编号时的"痛哭流涕"……

不仅如此,在我印象中,他本应该是个帅气的极客,并且热爱编写代码。但现实中的乔布斯完全不会写代码,并且不太懂技术。这让我震惊!一个不懂编写代码和不了解技术的人怎么创造出"苹果"呢?原来,从"苹果"初创起,乔布斯的职业技能就不是开发,而是运营与产品,他并没有学习过计算机语言,因此他并不会编写代码。

正因如此,他由始至终像改变世界的梦想又困难了许多,让我知道原来他也只是个普通人,难过了也会像小孩一样哭;一个不懂技术的产品经理照样可以改变世界!但在20XX年的10月5日,56岁的乔布斯逝世了。美国失去了一个天才,世界又少了一个创造未来的人,他将与爱迪生和爱因斯坦的名字一样被人们铭记,他永恒的理念将继续改变世界,不断影响数代人们。过去几十年中,乔布斯一次又一次创造了未来,他的热情、执着、信念重新塑造了一个文明的形态!

I was experiencing the feeling of paradox after reading the book. I felt my eyes wet when I read his stories, about how Mr. Jobs was able to overcome the challenges in life. Steve Jobs shows us seven principles of innovation in his book The Innovation Secrets of Steve Jobs. In this essay, I will explain and take some examples for each of them.

Principle 1: Do what you love

Jobs said “do what you love” He means one should have courage to follow your heart. Everyone had a dream when he was young, but for many reasons, they gave it up. Instead they should make some products on behalf of the spirit or inspiration of their company.

乔布斯传出来后,第一时间在买了一本,厚达798页,还真没有时间看。上次问看过此书的清华教授孙哲,他说写得很不错。于是,这个周末开始打开这本书。虽然只看了一半,也有了一些感想,下面同大家分享。

一,乔布斯小时候是一个非常调皮--我觉得用“调皮”来形容可能太便宜他了,实际上,无论从行为还是学习成绩上,他都是一个“差”等生,在学校搞恶作剧达到了匪夷所思的程度,例如把鞭炮放在老师的椅子下点燃。但这样一个学生,竟然被学校容忍,而且一路顺风,这实在不能不归功于美国教育制度对孩子们的“一视同仁”与包容精神。对照乔布斯在学校的所作所为,说实话,如果放在中国,即便不送到管教“少年犯”的特殊学校接受再教育,即便不被学校开除,恐怕也早被戴上“绿领巾”.从这一点来说,乔布斯是“美国制造”一点不过。

四,这点特别让我感动:至少有两次,乔布斯在鼓捣电脑时遇到了困难--他缺少零件之类的,结果这位才十几、二十多岁的年轻人竟然拿起电话,直接给当时的大老板打电话,开口就让人家提供免费的零件和支持,而让人惊讶的是,这些大老板竟然毫无条件的就答应了他,还送货上门,使得乔布斯对电脑的研究与制造可以继续下去。有时我想,如果他困难的时候,那些老板不支持与鼓励年轻人创新与创业,乔布斯还是乔布斯?他能走到今天?
